The expert has deciphered these two full grain after the Indian Food Composition Table – 2017 in her contribution. Look below:

“These two grains will help you lose weight. The point here is that you don’t have to eat exotic foods to lose weight,” she said.

While there’s little difference in macronutrient profile, “there’s a big difference in price,” she said, adding that 30 grams of both grains have similar fiber, carbohydrate, protein, and fat composition.
